Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the EventZR subscriber platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Subscriber Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating events
• You shall not use the platform for unlawful or prohibited activities
• You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• You must not interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and branding associated with EventZR remain our property. Event content you create remains your property. You grant EventZR a license to use your event data to provide and improve our services.

Limitation of Liability

EventZR is provided on an "as-is" basis. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the past 12 months.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
